This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and services canceled.
1. Digital Service Disclaimer
All products/services offered on WPSETUP.PRO are digital and non-tangible. This includes:
- WordPress theme/plugin installation
- Official license activation (e.g., Elementor Pro)
- Website setup and configuration
Once a service is successfully delivered (plugin/theme installed, license activated), it cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
✅ Service Not Delivered – If the service has not been delivered within the promised time (usually 12–24 hours), and you have not received any communication from our team.
✅ Refund Request Within 24 Hours – You must submit your refund request within 24 hours of placing the order.
❌ Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Service has already been delivered or partially delivered
- You change your mind after receiving the service
- You claim the product is “not needed anymore” or “bought by mistake”
- You request a refund after modifying/deleting the files we installed
- You expected GPL or shared files — we do NOT offer GPL or cracked software
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Timeline
- Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days
- The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment
- Payment gateways (like Razorpay, Stripe, etc.) may take additional time to reflect the amount
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled after the service has been started or delivered.
If you need to cancel your order:
- Do it within 1–2 hours of purchase
- Ensure that our team has not yet begun the work (we usually start within 4 hours)

Raising chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving service is considered a violation of our terms. We will provide all evidence of delivery and cooperation to the payment processor.
